My initial impression of Cha'va was 'wow, a modern hip cafe' - it's very clean and artsy. The owner was VERY nice and even walked me through the ingredients of the vegan items. What's great is that he makes whatever he can from scratch, including vegan mayo, vegan ricotta, etc. The menu is not posted online yet, but I can tell you there are a few vegan sandwiches, soups and salads, and of course coffees & teas. The menu rotates with the season and each item is very creative, for instance, this month you can find the 'Roasted Beet and Vegan Ricotta' sandwich for a reasonable $6.99. I will surely be back, be sure to check this place out.
