- An Easthampton treasure
One of the few vegetarian eateries in the Happy Valley. Best juice bar in the area. Excellent specials, plenty of vegan and GF options, super friendly staff. Their lunch entrees are especially good. They will go out of their way to accommodate you and answer questions. If busy, they can be slow.
