• Nice option for this area

We went here a few nights ago for a beer and possibly some snacks if they could figure out something. First off the restaurant is lovely and in a nice quiet street. The staff were friendly, spoke good english and knew what vegan was! Yay. Our waitress was able to make recommendations for us. We had hummus and pita bread. It was good hummus, definitely homemade. We also had nachos. The black bean chilli was really tasty as well it first of all came out with a big pat of butter in the middle of it (kinda odd but oh well) but then the waitress came running out telling us it was a mistake and the butter wasn't vegan and whipped it away. We really appreciated that she cared enough to do that. We were really happy with the overall experience and would recommend it to other vegans. We were never made to feel like a pain for requesting vegan food.
