I didn't find them very veg friendly. Contrary to what it says on Happy Cow, beans have lard. I asked to verify and server didn't know. She asked the kitchen staff and neither the beans nor the rice are vegetarian. I thought about trying the taco salad as indicted, but it would just be lettuce. Ordered vegetarian fajitas. Side was corn with probably 1/3 cup of cheese by mistake. It looked like the soup would be vegetarian. This review is for their new second location.
