• I Could Live at Beaming!

Every week (and sometimes every few days!), I make the trek to Beaming to stock up on their smoothies, green drinks, salads and protein bites. ESPECIALLY the protein bites! Everything is sooooo good here. The salads and meal options like veggie lasagna, falafels, and coconut wraps are amazing, high quality and Fresh, Fresh, Fresh (they place a "consume by" date stamp all items). What makes the salads so special are both the care they take with the nuts and seeds that can be optionally sprinkled on the salads, and the incredible handmade salad dressings with flavors paired to the salad ingredients. I've done their 3-day, 5-day and 21-day cleanses a few times. Because they emphasize eating (salads and soups) along with the liquid and green drinks consumption, the cleanse is the easiest and most satisfying one I've ever done. They have just opened a new store in La Jolla and have 4 in Los Angeles (in places like Brentwood, Santa Monica and West Hollywood). Beaming is such a great concept and so well done. You won't be sorry trying this place!
