- Really nice
Traveeling as a lonely vegan have it ups and downs. The food in Palma so far have mostly been a down. Also my Spanish is rather bad so the language barreir could be an issue but no, there was some communication with no problem. The service was excellent even when we hit the language barriers. Yes the place have a set-menu, but just say the magic word 'I am vegan' and they will say what is avalible and suggest changes. They had a table for single people, watching out the window. I guess thats kind of nice but I like to see the people eating in the resturant. Let's get to the food, I had a sallad as a starter, it was nice, in fact the best part of the meal. Then I had somekind of cold soup whose name was in Spanish and I can't remember, it was tasty at least. Then 'bodegas' which I had no idea what it was, and afterwards I wish I would have had the other course. There was no vegan desert, but I was offered fruit but was already so full I refused that offer.
