- Very vegan-friendly Mongolian Grill
I'm an unapologetic fan of "Mongolian grill" chain restaurants, and Flat Top Grill is the best and most vegan-friendly of that, admittedly (not very high brow) food category. Everything is well-marked as vegan both online and in the restaurants and the servers are knowledgable. After you make your own bowl, you can stick a little plastic stick in your bowl indicating that they should grill your bowl on a grill surface separate from the meat. Also get on of the plastic sticks indicating that you want roti bread. YUM! So good, and it doesn't even make sense that a stir fry restaurant has roti, but it is so delicious.
