- A Veggie Oasis on North Maryland Parkway
After some great reviews from friends, my boyfriend and I decided to give the Bronze Cafe a test drive and we are very happy we did. The food is fantastic and everything is labeled in a vegan/vegetarian friendly manner. The staff is knowledgeable, attentive, and very friendly. I highly recommend the tree of life wrap and the vegan raw "cheesecake". Although it is not 100% veggie, its offerings are some of the best in Vegas and the few non-veggie items on the menu are healthy and kid friendly.
