I left the title from my last visit in 2008 when it was based on Geylang Road, and I believe it still stands true today. Back then, I thought it was a cut above most other places, and it still is. We shared four dishes, each very different but all top-class. I wish I could braise beancurd like they do, and the eggplant was flash-fried to perfection—soft but crispy on the outside without feeling oily. Most of the menu is vegan, and if you have limited time in Singapore, this is the place to try. Updated from previous review on 2024-07-08
