- Bright Spot in San Antonio
A great variety of beautifully prepared dishes. All of my omnivore friends were surprised by the experience. Thank you for providing an all vegan eatery in the heart of beef country. I brought three deserts to take with me, the carrot cake (cup cake) was my favorite, but eating the sweet potato empanada on the plane was a real treat. There was too much cilantro (it tastes like soap to me) in the jack fruit tacos.
