- Vegan Friendly Restaurant and Shop
This cafe is attached to a health food store and b&b. The cafe is on the backside of the health food store so it can be easily overlooked. I was on vacation in the rural area of Coloardo and had really difficult time finding places to eat that had vegan options. I often stopped at grocery stores and bought fruit and bagged salads. It was such a relief to find Peace and Art Cafe. I really enjoyed the veggie burger here. They make it in house and I believe the recipe changes. The owner was super nice and had great recommendations on places to visit while in southern Colorado. They also have fresh pressed juices.
