- Del Norte has the best kombucha? NO way! Yes way.
When I drive from Pagosa Springs to Denver, I always look forward to my stop in Del Norte at this cafe/store! The place is just a treat to be IN, as they have decorated it in such an artsy and unique way. They have a small health food store with some good road food options. Tell KimAnna (the owner) I sent you and you'll get a warm smile, and quite possibly a hug. She's just wonderful, and her homemade kombucha reflects the love and care she exudes. It's amazing stuff, and this coming from a booch snob (me). The deli doesn't have a ton of vegan options, but they always have a few, and the staff is always happy to help you figure out something good to eat!
