Maoz has a small selection of either falafal or salad bar with side options of two kinds of french fries and three kinds of juices. The prices are reasonable but they sort of suck you in with "free salad bar" with purchase of a falafal but what they don't tell you is that your "free salad" is whatever you can fit on your sandwich. There are some good salad bar options but a few of the items are not vegan. The fact that a vegetarian chain restaurant exists in NJ is awesome. The fact that it only has falafal in a city where a ton of falafal places already exist is a let down.
