This is a good place to go when doing shopping with family/friends as you can pick up some essentials at the same time as doing the main shop (if you like Tesco)- saves time if you'd normally have to make a special trip to a health store. They've got helpful staff and a nice small selection of everything you'd generally be looking for and expect in a health food store. They have a nice range of sun creams and shampoos/ toiletries etc.
