FTG does a great job of providing for vegans with clearly stated ingredients, lots of options, and a foolproof process for handling and cooking vegan dishes. The prices are great. For less than $10, you can build a very large bowl of veggies, rice, and even mock meats, cooked fresh and flavored with whichever sauce you desire. For $1 more, you can get unlimited refills and go back to the food bar as many times as you wish. What can be wrong with that? For about $10, you can eat yourself into a vegan food coma in downtown Chicago!
