I imagine if in lived here I would shop here. Its a small shop but has almost everything you need. Good selection of loosrle good, coffee and fruit and veg. A large selection of pre prepared dried goods which I have never seen before, quiche set, dried scrambled tofu. A decent selection of sauces as well. A large selection of frozen and refrigerated goods, many of which are frozen meals. A far bigger selection of soy products and vegan cheese than I have seen anywhere in the UK. And a large selection of vegan ice cream and deserts than we get in the UK. Great shop.
