I wasn't super impressed with my hibachi - not much flavor, but that may have been because of the changes they made to make it vegan. They were willing to make changes, and knowledgeable about what needed to be removed. I'd try sushi next time. Do mention that you are vegan since not all of the sauces are vegan, and some of the veg sushi may need to be modified.
