pizza without cheese isn't really worth purchasing. vegan cheese pizza on the other hand is awesome. new jersey pizza hooks it up with local and/or organic toppings whenever possible and everything is made from scratch (even their dairy mozzarella is made there which i think is impressive although i've never had it). this pizza is awesome- if you're in flagstaff you should definitely order a pie! i usually get it to go because it takes 45-80mins for them to make the pizza and the atmosphere in the dining room isn't too enjoyable. it's worth it if you order ahead :)
