- Maybe not for pizza, but there are better veg options in Manchester
So yes, there were a few vegan options on the menu and they've got dairy free (they seem to prefer that term and though I asked about casein they repeated their preferred term, never actually confirming its veganness) cheese and ice cream (coconut based). But the cheese and the pies and the one salad we could get were super salty. Besides being salty, the pie bases were quite insubstantial. Italian pie makers would be ashamed. Rather glam place. I would suggest going here if you're dining with an omnivore, but there are other better choices for a vegan in Manchester.
