- A classy place in St Pete
Love this place, downstairs houses the "cafeteria" section and upstairs the restaurant. Beautiful decor and wonderful jazz playing in the background. Great location just across from the Antarctic Museum and short walk from Nevsky. Friendliest staff in the city, always very happy to help. The chocolate tart is to die for and I don't even like chocolate that much! This is definitely the best of the Cafe Ukrops. Updated from previous review on Thursday April 28, 2016
