- Fabulous Food
We recently traveled to Seattle and ate at Chaco Canyon two times we liked it so much. We tried the Pesto Melt, Artichoke Melt, Seitan Crepes and Black Bean Chili - all were excellent. Aside from the fabulous food, we were impressed by resturant's cleanliness, good service, green practices. We would definetly recommend Chaco Canyon to our non-vegan friends in hopes that this experience would turn them onto vegitarianism.
