- Delicious Vegan Pizza
We ate here with my parents before a show because they have a full bar. The wait staff was friendly and accommodating. The gluten-free vegan pizza was SOOO good! My husband had a vegan sandwich and thought it was delicious. They are conveniently located in the shops between Mandalay Bay and the Luxor so eating vegan pizza on the Strip is very convenient! *update* apparently the gf pizza is now not vegan. For this, I'm lowering my rating to one cow because I've been told conflicting things from the waitstaff and I feel strongly that every employee should know all ingredients.
