For years, Boonsom Homemade has been one of my favorite places to enjoy delicious ice cream in spirulina and makiang or Java Plum flavors. In Dec 2013, Green Cup opened in Star Avenue 3 Viva Terrace, Mahidol Road offering ice cream selections, bakery along with coffee selection. They have wi fi and hobby sewing classes. Being a long time spirulina powder enthusiast, I can also buy spirulina products at the shop. My family and I have been to visit the Boonsom Farm, a producer of spirulina since early 1990s, located in Mae [censored] village, amid a nature center with the Mae Win river and elephant camps that is 7km west of the Boonsom Farm. Visitors view a short video history of the farm and the 7 production steps of spirulina as well as purchase spirulina products. I had a great time learning more about spirulina cultivation. Margaret
