- Fantastic Japanese vegan lunch
Milk Land was a great experience overall. The staff didn't seem to speak any English, but the only choice you need to make is white/brown rice. Friendly folk, delicious food, unlimited rice/soup/tea refills. And all for ¥900. Note that Google maps from Shinjuku station will direct you to a street behind the building. Look at the building that the pin hits rather than the exact walking directions, and aim for the slightly bigger street where you'll find the front door.
