  • Cheap and Cheerful Vegan Tapas

B-13 was one of my favourite places in Madrid. The tapas dishes were cheap and so delicious! We had some St Jacobs (little cheesy seitan nuggets), tortilla (a huge wedge!), onion rings and calamari. The onion rings weren't too exciting, but everything else was exceptional. We also got some spicy potatoes while we were waiting. There are also main dishes on the menu. It's a small, popular place which doesn't take reservations - within 30mins of opening, it was completely packed, so get there early if you have your heart set on it. You order at the bar, and food is prepared quickly.
