• Excellent food, poor service, great ambiance

I went here with 5 of my omnivorous family members and we all enjoyed a fantastic meal. The ambiance of the restaurant was lovely. There was live music at the top of these beautiful stone steps that worked as a bit of a stage for people eating. The neighbourhood is also lovely and definitely worth a wander. It's very cool that they have a new menu every day as well. Our only complaint was the service. We didn't feel as though anyone was rude to us, but there were a lot of little things that were missed; short on forks, no glass brought for the bottle of beer ordered(although other tables received this), some drinks coming quite late. It was also a little difficult to order drinks as the only menu was the one written in small text on a blackboard far away from the table. Additionally, at the end of our meal we had barely finished our coffees (had paid maybe 5 minutes prior) and were asked to leave the table for the next guests (we had reservations in advance as well). This was on a Thursday evening. I can understand if we had been there for a long time, but it really was quite early to rush us away
