This place is almost perfect. There's a big variety of vegetarian, vegan and also raw options-in my opinion the best ones. I've been there three times and everytime went out satisfied. The best thing I've eaten was a raw rasperry cake- LOVE. Generally, everything seems to be healthy, done with passion, nicely served,the waiter (owner?) is also lovely and helpful. Good atmosphere as well. Definitely worth visiting if you're in Leeds. Can be pretty hard to find as you can't enter it straight from the main street.
