- Great waffles. Great coffee.
I was visiting Spokane on business and walked over here for breakfast, after seeing that this place was less than a mile from my hotel. I had a pumpkin spice waffle with whipped chai "butter" and a soy latte. Both were very good. I did ask them why/how they could be 100% vegan for everything else, but serve dairy for coffee. They explained that their coffee business is a very big part of their business and not having dairy for coffee would eliminate a large amount of their clientele.
