- Roots serve smoked fois gras
I live close by this restaurant and was really excited when I saw they could be a healthy place to eat in Houston. I was so disappointed to find out they serve smoked fois gras. Yes, FOIS GRAS!! This is pure cruelty, and banned in several places, such as California. I let them know about it and they couldn't care less. I will never try their food since I boycott places like that. I thought it would be important for people to know.
