best place in HK to get a good variety of vegetarian dim sum. you can order from their changing dim sum menu (usually about 12 savoury and 4 sweet options daily) or their chef's recommendation set menu. both is equally nice. the wonderful food is perfectly accompanied by the tea which is always served with a little tea ceremony performance.
