- one of a kind spot for Aceh
Great spot, varied menu, friendly staff and very clean. Just don't follow instructions to their old address instead using of the correct one that's here on HappyCow, it's very far away (though it was interesting to walk around Ulee Kareng, I guess!) Probably the only place of its kind in the area, a bit of a trek from the center but not more than 20 minutes or so on foot and 5-10 mins in a becak. Lots of mock meat dishes made with Chinese products brought up from Medan, including spicy Achenese specialties. Wi-fi and a nice seating area upstairs. Worth the trip!
