The Bedford Farmers Market is a jewel right here in Bedford. He buys local when he can, has an offering of organics and has the best tamales in town. You can custom order tamales to your liking-he makes them vegan for you and then top with his homemade salsa and there's nothing better. He is now stocking soy milk (vanilla but I've requested plain...)so it's a quick in and out when you don't want to hit the big stores (and who ever does).
