- terrific vegan food
This is a mid-sized restaurant by Japan's standards; seats 32. The lunch menu offered 4 set meals today. Choices were: rice with side dishes, a burger, curry, and soup & salad. 3 of the entrees were ¥1000 and 1 was ¥1200. Portions are good sized. There were 4 dessert offerings and an extensive drink menu. Tosca has an open kitchen, which like the rest of the place, is very clean. Service was prompt even though every table was filled. There is one restroom, which is large enough, is clean and well stocked. Tosca is very easy to find. It's on the north side of Imadegawa St. and a couple of blocks east of Higashioji St. Look for the red awning with TOSCA written on it.
