- A charming restaurant serving traditional dishes.
I enjoyed my visit to this charming little restaurant. The menu was easy to navigate, there was a descent variety of vegan dishes, clearly labeled with a V, no guesswork involved. Traditional javanese recipes where also indicated. The food was fragrant and spicy, beautifully presented and reasonably priced. Service was quick, efficient and the staff was very helpful. It was a pleasant surprise to be able to taste authentic spicy Indonesian food in a place where most restaurants serve a watered- down westernised version of nasi goreng and satay. The only downside is the slightly remote location, but it is definitely worth it. Updated from previous review on Wednesday September 11, 2013
