This is a must for any vegan travelling in Tulum. The small covered patio juice and coffee bar would be enough by itself. Then, what comes out the kitchen is astounding. There are only a few dishes (Rawsagna, Thai Noodles, Hummus Plate and Rawyogurt Plate). We ordered the Rawsawnga and Thai noodles. The works of art that came out beautifully prepared almost seemed incongruous with the surroundings (got over that fast!) Both were incredible. Would have gone back a few times if we were staying longer. The only downside to the place is that the tables and chairs are tough to eat at...funky wood furniture with no real tables, just bar stools or patio chairs with low tables. It's Tulum, so I didn't expect white linens or anything, but it was a little uncomfortable. A few real tables would be an improvement. This, however, would not stop us from going back as the food would be worth the drive from Cancun. Juice and coffee bar offerings were equally great.
