Lucky is located at the corner where the road starts to bend, east of Maha Set Rd. It's a plain restaurant but the staff is welcoming. For 420 baht, we had two appetizers, three mains, a big plate of rice, two naans, and a bottle of water. It was too much food for the two of us! The food was pretty decent, but spicy (not for the faint of heart). It was not the best Indian food I've ever had, but it was good, especially for the price. The highlight was the appetizer called "Veg. Manchurian," which was truly delish. If you are a vegan, beware. While there are plenty of vegan dishes to be had, be certain to make it clear that you don't eat milk products. We ordered dal that had cream added--I wasn't expecting that addition. The food is cooked with oil, not ghee, however.
