- A decent vegan option in Manzanita
They have build your own burritos, tacos, taco salads, etc. If you order it without dairy they will add guacamole to it for free. It's the best choice around, and tastes good but a little boring. Some vegan chipotle aioli, cheese, or sour cream would make things a lot more interesting! Updated from previous review on 2020-04-26
