• Home Cafe & Tea House San Pedro

We loved this place. Great food, atmosphere, music and people. It used to be called Cafe Home but they merged with the other Vegetarian restaurnt and they now cal the place Fifth Dimension. I believe it's the only Vegetarian restaurant in San Pedro and the food was really delicious - they have quite a few vegan options too. The Pizzas are amazing and very decent size. Tey their Tandoori marinated Tempeh - it's a soy protein that is super delicious. The staff were really friendly and attentive and let us hang out all afternoon in the really cute garden they have - I didn't wanna move form the hammock! They were open for breakfast and lunches when we were there - usually closing in the latter part of the afternoon. They have nice things for dessert - including gluten-free and vegan options - with a good selection of teas and organic coffee. It's now easier to find in it's latest location- you come off the boat from the Panajachel dock.and take the first right. Follow that road and it's just after Hostel Fe on your left. You'll see their logo hanging with a "5". You go up a narrow concrete path (away from the lake) and up a few steps to the doorway. Updated from previous review on 2012-12-30
