• Why fake products?

First time eating the food here and must say I'm not happy with what I got. Not sure if it's a special theme but this was my take on Kafe44's food. Weird combination of flavors on one plate. Pancakes, syrap, and sautéed mushrooms. Potatoes, mayo and strawberries? Well, I asked to get a plate without the pancakes and extra food. Not sure how much food a small pancake is worth but I didn't notice anything extra on my plate. I'm still hungry as I'm writing this review. I honestly wouldn't recommend anyone eating this food considering the bad fake meats they use. Excessive oil on the potatoes and weird combination of ingredients. For 80 kr for one small plate of processed food I'd rather go next door to the large amounts of cafés in the area that can serve vegan food. I also asked about the sugar they used but she wasn't really sure if it is vegan. Hopefully they'll look into it.
