- Hands Down Favorite Restaurant in DR, Maybe World
I love everything about Bambu - from the atmosphere to the food to the amazing people. The "plato de Meli" is a must. It's a simple salad but full of flavor. "La Matica" is my next favorite dish. Vegans should be sure to ask for everything without cheese or sour cream. As other reviewers mentioned, the owners are from Taiwan and the style is Asian-fusion. The flavors are all wonderful. Highly, highly recommend it.
