- A Great Find
While looking for vegan friendly restaurants in the area on Happy Cow we found the Gilbert Farmer's Market with Uprooted Kitchen Food Truck. We tried the cheese crisp with seitan, roasted potatoes, zucchini, daiya cheese and also the chickpea frittata. The cheese crisp was our favorite because it was hot and a very generous portion. The frittata was good, maybe a little dry and not hot. Also a very generous portion. We topped it off with the blueberry apple tart which would have been better if served hot. They are also at Agritopia on Wed. nights so there will be more chances to try other things on the menu. This place is a find and we'll be back for more!
