• Great Find! Fun, Fast, Delicious!

I ate here yesterday, and I have to say I will be going back A LOT. The people working in the truck were extremely friendly and very knowledgeable about vegan/gluten free options. They had two Daiya cheese flavor options, as well as a gluten free bread option. The woman who made my sandwich cooked it in a completely separate pan so as not to contaminate it with butter or gluten, and she even changed her gloves when handling my food. The tomato soup is vegan too (if you get it without the cheese they dribble on top), and both the sandwich and the soup were AMAZING!!! Even though you have to pay extra for the daiya and the gf bread, they give you two sandwiches when you order gluten free, so it actually ended up being more food than the regular bread. And even with the added charge, it's a ton of food and it's still a great value. Can't say enough great things about this place. If you're in the area, it's definitely worth stopping by!
