Arrangements are nice, lots of shelves full of Manga. Nice place. Portions where going to small, but they were OK, spicey as well, normally in Vietnam they give you the spice and you use it but it wasn't like that here. I've tried the white rose, it sounds like a design dish and that is what you get. Small.
