• I give up with this place - one star cow rating!

I was really excited that on moving to Rugby 2012 there was a 'cool' vegi restaurant in town. I've since eaten there about 5 times and also been for 'tea and cake'. I've now decided not to bother eating there again. The food is BLAND BLAND BLAND ... no flavouring. The best bit is one of the salads and that doesn't taste of much. Now I've stopped eating eggs the menu is very limited. Carb heavy tasteless glup. I've no idea why they can't add flavouring ... it's not difficult!! The menu also lacks imagination. The dishes seem to generally taste the same - TASTELESS. The owners are like something out of the 'munsters' with the customer service and welcoming of a depressed mortician. I've heard they treat the staff really badly which is why the staff always look miserable and barely break into a smile. Check out the female owner - you'll spot her a mile off ... and see how she doesn't welcome you with a scowl of distain. I'd only go back for Tea and a cake but as I now don't eat sugar or caffeine I won't be doing that either! I'd give it one star cow but its not allowed.
