Summersaults has a wide range of salads, and hot foods. There is always vegan veg soup, and ask for soya milk, vegan marg, cream and ice-cream, some of the desserts like apple pie, fruit crumble, fruit cake are vegan. There is an upstairs glass roofed area and small terrace, and outside seating, some child sized table and chairs. The whole place looks fantastic, smart hippy I would say. It is not that cheap, cup of tea is £1.70p, but worth the price. They have toddler cups with lids on for the little veggies, who like to go there for two scoops of Tofutti. Holland and Barret is a few doors down, so is Costa Coffee (soya milk), and Wild and Free a fantastic organic shop which sells dairy free cheeses and soya ice-cream cones is in Railway Terrace in Rugby opposite the Post Office, about 8 mins walk away. Summersaults has a great, very clean upstairs toilet with baby changing, but sadly no toybox, there are a few magazines upstairs. On Saturdays they still do a vegan main course I think. Everything is homemade, even the bread and cakes. They often have jazz on and stay open late but generally they shut before 4pm.
