- I Dream About Rosettas!
If I'm ever in the position to open a vegan restaurant, it will be quite a bit like Rosettas! I love this spot - the food is great! I still crave the nachos even 4 years after first having them. I love the atmosphere, too. It's a laid-back joint that transitions between family friendly brunch spot, study haven, and social scene. Love it!
