I'm not from Asheville, but I visited Rosetta's twice in the span of 24 hours. The vegan queso on the nachos was actually better than I expected. The peanut butter tofu was pretty good, maybe a little dry, but that's alright. I also had some cornbread that was awesome. If you're a vegan/vegetarian and you're passing through, visit this place!
