I used the wonderful Happy Cow app to find this place while on a road trip and was very excited about vegan Mexican food. Unfortunately, this place does NOT have a separate vegan menu. I asked two staff members. One simply said no; the other that that's "only at the university location." Both pointed me to a vegetarian enchilada with a cream sauce that did not sound vegan. This was the only item marked "vegetarian" on the menu. After establishing that the beans had no lard, I got a bean burrito without cheese. The food and service were fine, but this restaurant probably no longer qualifies for a Happy Cow listing.
