- I love Mi Pueblo
I have always enjoyed eating at Mi Pueblo but it has made me love them even more now that I am vegan. There vegan tacos are delicious and they even prepare them in a seperate area so there is no risk of the food being contaminated by animal products. One of the owners is vegan and she is very strict on how they prepare the food...which is awesome! Also all of the owners are extremely nice. I can not stress enough how sweet and caring these people are. The atmosphere is also very beautiful. Great place to eat especially when going out with omnivores! From what I understand only the University location has vegan options at this time but I heard they were working on a vegan taco or burritto for the beeridge location. So excited!
