for me a raw gluten free vegan, who prefers to no have tofu other processed soy, there were limited options .. in fact really one salad on the menu but the dressing offered with said salad had either dairy or soy based dressing. the did have one vegan desert but it was not gluten free.. they could try harder to put more options on the menu
